HOW TO RETURN YOUR REPAIR:
Please return your item with a Tracked and Insured method of delivery for your own protection as we can not be liable for items lost in transit.
If sending from overseas, please clearly mark on the outside of your parcel that the item is being 'Returned to the manufacturer for alteration' (this is for customs reasons).
Please include in your parcel your return postal address.
Repairs may take approximately three to five weeks depending on the nature of the repair, this excludes return delivery time.
