Our engagement rings featuring stunning Rose-cut white or Opaque natural diamonds and hand carved bands.
They are entirely handmade by our experienced mounter, setter & engraver here in London. This means that every ring is unique.
Rose-cut diamonds are an historical cut dating back to the 1400s, they are a different shape to the usual modern brilliant cut, as they are flat on the bottom and have a faceted dome on the top, which is said to resemble an opening bud of a rose!
The setting is called 'cut-down' which a very old way to set diamonds. The small claws are cut away from the setting instead of being added to the setting. This makes a very strong and hard wearing mount and also adds to it's historical look.
